Being a part of the women’s ministry has been a great experience for me because I have never had a group of women to pray with just discuss things of this nature. I have always been an outcast when it came to going to the church just because people around me didn't understand where my faith came from. It took 29 years but it feels good to have this group. Our Ministry leader Markisha Nance is awesome. I have been coming to our meetings for about two years now. The spiritual connection that I have made with the ladies that I interact with has changed me. By having different topics and scriptures presented at each meeting we are able to expand, share and grow with each other. We are also able to share some our life experiences with each other to help one another with similar experiences. I feel that you can learn from anyone of any age. That is also why I'm so glad that our group is not restricted by age. Women of Unique Distinction Ministries is a Christian platform where everyone is welcome with open arms to learn, listen, share and witness to each other so that the we can make a positive impact on the world.
